My goal is to set you and your dog up for success! Training includes owner guidance, problem prevention, management tips and support. Methods are clear, easy to understand and apply. Training is focused on educating your dog, teaching them what to do and rewarding them, rather than punishing mistakes. I use reward based methods like treats, toys, play and life rewards which makes the training fun and effective. These same methods can be used to train cats, birds, guinea pigs and other animals.
I do not use any physical force, psychological intimidation, corrections, choke chains, prong or shock collars, shaker cans or squirt guns. Read here about the adverse effects of using those methods.
It is advised to avoid using a trainer that talks about wolf behaviour more than dog behaviour, has a focus on dominance and submission, or base their methods on force.
